First if we want to understand the deep cause of anxiety then the main reason of anxiety is mental stress it can be from anything Job ,relationship , school, environmental factors, genetics, medical conditions, Some worst past experiences in life and many different reasons.
Initial steps
If you often feel stressful, worry, or fear over some events then you should keep a note to it because it might be the start of anxiety or stress. If you have any of the above symptoms related to this then first thing is you should consult a doctor and let your family members know about your issues and ask them for help.
How to deal with anxiety
1. Take your time sitting or standing and relax yourself first to know what
is happening to you actually.
2. Now breathe good and long breath try to relax your mind at that time
you might not be able to focus or meditate so just try to sit quietly and
keep a count on your breath upto 4 to 5 sec. And let your emotions
flow. Don’t hold it back because letting your emotions out will calm you.
3. Write down your thoughts .
4. Talk to a friend .
5. Use aromatherapy as it will help you to activate your receptors in your
brain and it will help you ease your anxiety.
6. Do some exercise, yoga , walk. Just try going out or try to keep your
Mind diverted by the exercise from anxiety.
7. Listen to some relaxing calming music.
8. Watch some comedy stuff it will keep you light emotionally.
Remember never hesitate to ask for help from friends and family let them know what is going on in your head and life because we humans are social beings. We should try to listen to others and try to make ourselves heard also because mental wellness starts with listening to each other.
